The Government of Myanmar required all aid funding to be inputted into a global web-based transparency portal.
I lead in product management, data collection, and software advisement for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) multi-donor trust funds:
Overall, the portfolio consisted of nearly $8 billion in funding which had to be organized and accessed via the aid portal. This effort also needed to be adhere to regulatory parameters set from the International Aid Transparency Initiative.
It took a massive amount of man hours and coordination between program officers, analysts, and external partners to ensure information was up-to-date and routinely inputted.
I also communicated obstacles and success to UNOPS senior personnel acting as a liaison between external software developers and our internal team.
